About Me

MMO History

My first MMO was Everquest2 which I played exclusively for 2 years or so. I then moved to Vanguard for about 18 months. This was followed by 10 months on Runes of Magic before finally settling on Lord Of The Rings Online.

I still have a soft spot for EQ2, especially my house, but I believe Vanguard to be the best game out there (at least up to level 50). But I have now done over 2 years in Lotro and can see myself staying for quite some considerable time.

And of course, I have dabbled in other MMOs but none with any seriousness.

I am a member of The Older Gamers (The Order of Gilthoniel) guild on Evernight and The Lonely Mountain Band on Landroval

Main Characters:

Lotro (Evernight)

Keli Shieldmaiden, Champion and Tailor

Twobeers Barrelbelly, Guardian and Cook

Kellion, Captain

Snoring Loudly, Hunter and Scholar

Lotro (Landroval)

Keli, Guardian

Geoffroi Haradrim, A Minstrel of Gondor

Hi Jim, loving the story so far. I will need to pop along to the beech to do a bit of driftwood searching lol.

Found you via a link suggested by WordPress on my blog The Middle-earth Foodie. I enjoy your stories. I dabble in story telling as well on my M-e Foodie blog. I did link your “Visit to Bree” post and a few folks followed it today. Just thought I’d say hello from across the pond and over the woods a bit in Pennsylvania USA.
